the School of Psyche-Soma is founded & facilitated by Mackenzie Amara — Jungian psychotherapist, somatic practitioner, & depth psychology teacher with over a decade of experience in group facilitation, ritual, & embodiment work. each offering is held alongside practitioners & collaborators who bring their own lineage, training, & expertise to the container.
this is not a course you consume alone.
community is built into every offering — live sessions, shared practice, & the ongoing relationships that form when people do real work together over time.
and maybe, you've caught a glimpse of the truth that being seen in community is absolute magic.
the school has three tracks:
SOMA
track 01
movement as medicine
a monthly live class in embodiment — using movement, breath, & somatic practice as direct tools for transformation. each session is a guided experience, not a lecture. you will move. you will feel. something will shift.
what you'll walk away with:
— a direct relationship with your body as a source of wisdom
— tools for processing emotion through movement rather than around it
— access to states of aliveness, grief, joy, & presence that thinking alone can't reach
— a community of people learning to inhabit themselves
— all live sessions will be recorded and saved for future use

track 02
PSYCHE
meaning as medicine
a monthly live class in depth psychology — the symbolic, the archetypal, the language of the psyche. each session introduces a framework, a concept, or a practice drawn from Jungian psychology, mythology, & symbolic thinking.
what you'll walk away with:
— a richer language for your inner life
— frameworks for understanding your patterns, your shadow, & your becoming
— the ability to read your life symbolically — dreams, relationships, symptoms, longings
— a community of people doing the same work
— all live sessions will be recorded and saved for future use
