Ben Daniel is an educator and practitioner of the creative and spiritual arts, working at the intersection of sound, movement, and embodied awareness.

From the southern coast of the United Kingdom and now based in the United States, Ben brings over two decades of music production, a decade of professional design experience and a European sensibility to this work. With an appreciation for stark textures, strategic restraint, and the tension of silence, Ben creates sonic environments that support deep exploration and inner listening.

Ben's sessions don't chase peak experiences. Instead, the approach crafts seamless soundscapes that navigate peaks and valleys with tender responsibility to the body and heart.
