About The Event
///\\\ WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION ///\\\
In this workshop, we will use the power of movement to strip ourselves bare and stand—bravely, brilliantly, battered, and beautiful—before one another. We will use a combination of 5Rhythms®, Authentic Movement, and group dialogue to engage ourselves vulnerably, courageously, and wholeheartedly. Supported by a tribe of fellow dancers, you will have an opportunity to discover hidden gems within yourself, come clean, and shine from your own authentic experience.
This is a workshop to establish truth in the body, that we may move with intention, awareness, and self-compassion into all of life, even the parts we’d rather not acknowledge. This is a workshop to admit—to yourself and others—that you’ve got the power; a workshop to remember the truth buried in your own vulnerable heart. In this space, held by tribe & by praxis, we will meet ourselves exactly where we are—there is no need to be anywhere else. All bodies, hearts, minds, and wild spirits welcome.
Join us for a weekend on the dance floor to discover what’s ready to be released, what’s waiting to be received, and what’s truly madly deeply alive in you *right this moment.*
///\\\ BIO ///\\\
I am a psychologist & a Certified 5Rhythms® Teacher. I am soul scientist, thought-rebel, & embodiment enthusiast. No stranger to darkness, I gather strength from years of spelunking in the caves of my own murky shadow. I delight in the intersection between body & mind, relish paradox, & take comfort in walking the edge. A student of my body, depth psychology, the Enneagram, & nonduality, I am dedicated to growth & freedom for all beings.
I am currently a training candidate at the International School of Analytical Psychology here in Zurich & a doctoral candidate at Sofia University (remote). My doctoral research focuses on how we can use movement & embodiment as a tool for self-mastery, spiritual growth, & psychological healing. I was certified as a 5Rhythms® teacher in 2014, hold a masters degree in Clinical & Counseling Psychology (Columbia University) & a certificate in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (The Center for Optimal Living & The New School for Social Research). My undergraduate research focused on Child & Adolescent Psychology, Rites of Passage, and spiritual development. Above all, I am committed to living a life of radical responsibility. I endeavor to ignite freedom in any and all beings brave enough to truly want it.

///\\\ FINAL REMARKS ///\\\
We have chosen to incarnate in wild times. It seems like everything is breaking & everything is possible, both. As such, I believe the best way to change the world is to *be fully here.* Fully embodied, fully in our breath, fully expressed in our hearts... to the best of our ability. Movement & radical honest are the best ways I have found to do that.
Can't wait to share space with you.
